All County Paving has developed a very thorough and comprehensive Project Management program to ensure that we can provide exceptional quality control along with realistic time lines for completion of your projects. As a client of ACP, you will always have access to your dedicated Project Manager so that you can understand exactly what is happening before, during, and after completion of the job. We will not leave you in the dark wondering what’s happening with your project.
To ensure a smooth execution of your project, our Project Managers are highly trained, professional, and are not put out on the street until they complete a required 80+ Hours of training with our VP of National Operations and other seasoned Project Managers. They have to complete a minimum of 2 projects with another Certified PM before managing a Capital Project alone, and each PM is trained on the specific process for each client individually.
In addition to your expert Project Manager, a reference guide is sent to the site in the job binder for each project to ensure 100% compliance with the client’s requirements. Each job binder that is on site has every detail of the job (plans, checklists, daily requirements, etc.) and is available for the PM to reference, as well any representative of the client to use as a reference during onsite visits.
Prior to job starting, the All County Paving Project Manager will check irrigation systems, parking lot lighting, and cart corrals to ensure that there is no pre-existing damage. If needed, we will have a laminated site map posted at each location to communicate up to the minute changes with the project. This map enables us to keep communication with your personnel so that they can be prepared to communicate what areas of the parking lot will be impacted each day. Project Managers report back 3 times per day (morning, mid-day, and when we finish for the day) to the National VP of Operations internally as well as the primary contact locally at the location and the corporate contact as requested. Additionally, each phase of the project will be documented daily with photographs to be uploaded into the target system and/or emailed to the proper contact with all proper depths and requirements clearly visible.
