Bidding Process

Once we have the site address and initial scope of work, we will begin the process of formulating our proposal. If the property is in our area of self-performance, our estimator will conduct a site visit and prepare a detailed scope of work including photographs. We are happy to walk the property with you and will explain the reasons for what we will propose as a scope of work. If the property is outside our area, we will select anywhere from 1-3 of our paving partners to evaluate the project. The methodology will be the same, and the proposal will also include a proper scope of work and detailed photographs. We have national coverage with dedicated paving and concrete partners that are pre-qualified to meet our high standards. We ensure they are all properly insured and certified to do the job according to our specifications.

Self Perform or Partner Selection

Once we have completed the scope of work and project evaluation, the process moving forward is the same whether we self-perform or manage the project using one of our paving partners. Our decision is based on what will work best for both your budget, and the complexity of the job. We will not try to sell you what you do not need, and in most cases will present additional options that you may choose from to enhance the project. Once All County Paving has been selected as the winning proposal, your dedicated All County Paving Project Manager will contact you to discuss the logistics and timing of the project. Again, no matter if we are self-performing the job, or using one of our dedicated paving partners, you will have access to your own All County Paving Project Manager.
