All County Paving approaches each project planning phase the same way and with the same comprehensive game-plan in mind…how we will complete your job on time and within budget. After first speaking with you and understanding what you are looking to accomplish, our highly trained and professional estimators will conduct an on-site physical assessment of the parking lot using both high-tech measuring equipment and good old fashioned knowledge, and will document the site with photos to develop an accurate scope of repairs and/or maintenance needed. We always follow the same set of time proven evaluation criteria to ensure we do not miss anything, including checking sidewalks, curbs, catch basins, parking stops, and especially ADA compliance.
During the planning process, our on-site estimators are always willing to explain what they are doing and answer any questions you may have….in fact, we encourage you to walk the site with them. After they complete the assessment, they will turn this over to our main office so that the information can be evaluated by our leadership team. Your internal ACP contact will provide you with a detailed proposal including photos and a site map if needed. Depending on what we find during our evaluation, we can, and will also offer additional options or better alternatives that we feel will help you correct the problems and budget your project. If you have already received bids from other vendors, ACP can help you determine if the scope of work provided to you is actually correct and comprehensive. Don’t pay for what you don’t need, and don’t get stuck doing work that won’t last as long as long as it could if the original problem is misdiagnosed.
