Affiliations:
AAGO – Apartment Association of Greater Orlando – We are an association of apartment communities, apartment owners, managers, suppliers, and professionals dedicated to promoting and advancing the needs of the apartment industry. AAGO’s mission is to work on behalf of its members on behalf of the apartment industry on a local, state and national level through various legislative initiatives, educational programs and classes and networking.

ABC – Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. Florida East Coast Chapter – As a nationwide construction industry trade association, ABC represents more than 21,000 chapter members. Founded on the merit shop philosophy, ABC and its 70 chapters help members develop people, win work and deliver that work safely, ethically, profitably and for the betterment of the communities in which ABC and its members work.

APWA – American Public Works Association. The American Public Works Association (APWA) serves professionals in all aspects of public works—a fact that sets it apart from other organizations and makes it an effective voice of public works throughout North America. With a worldwide membership over 28,500 strong, APWA includes not only personnel from local, county, state/province, and federal agencies, but also private sector personnel who supply products and services to those professionals.

BOMA – Building Owners and Managers Association of Florida. consists of over 1,500 members representing the majority of office space and buildings in the State of Florida. This organization not only includes Owners/ Property Managers, but, various types of associate members servicing the commercial industry such as HVAC, engineers, carpet suppliers, roofing contractors, appraisers, painters, lawyers, and more. BOMA Florida is federated with BOMA International, which is an International federation of nearly 100 local associations and affiliated organization. Founded in 1907, its 15,000-plus members own or manage more than nine billion square feet of commercial properties that supports 3.7 million jobs and contributes $205 billion to the U.S. gross domestic product.

Construction Association of South Florida. CASF is a non-profit organization whose members are from all aspects of the construction industry.  Our members include general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, design professionals and other professionals, such as attorneys and accountants – each with a vested interest in the building industry.

Energy Star Partner. Being an energy star partner means your business is committed to measuring, tracking, and benchmarking energy performance, developing and implementing a plan to improve energy performance, adopting the ENERGY STAR strategy, and educating your staff and the public about your partnership and achievements with ENERGY STAR

FHBA – Florida Home Builders Association. Established in 1949, FHBA is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and Florida’s local/regional homebuilder associations. FHBA, along with its affiliates, work to create the best possible economic and regulatory environment for members to succeed. FHBA was founded to serve, advance, and protect the welfare of the home building industry to provide optimum housing for all. It also aims to advocate and encourage the constant improvement of home building techniques, practices, and standardization of building codes in Florida.

ICSC – International Council of Shopping Centers. The purpose of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is to advance the shopping center industry and to promote its role in the commercial distribution of consumer goods and services by: providing educational programs and publications in all aspects of shopping center development, finance, management, marketing and other specialized areas of professional interest, conducting meetings and other programs designed to promote the exchange of ideas among members and to facilitate the conduct of their business, collecting and disseminating information pertaining to the shopping center industry, including statistical data and other statistical research, Developing and maintaining professional certification programs to encourage high standards for shopping center professionals, Advocating the interest of the shopping center industry to local, state/provincial, federal and international governmental bodies, and publicizing to the general public promotional and educational shopping center business information.

IREM – Institute of Real Estate Management. The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is an international community of real estate managers dedicated to ethical business practices, maximizing the value of investment real estate, and promoting superior management through education and information sharing.

NAIOP – Commercial Real Estate Development Association. NAIOP aims to advance responsible commercial real estate development. NAIOP supports commercial real estate professionals with advocacy, education and business opportunities connecting members through a powerful South Florida and North American network.

PRSM – Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association. PRSM empowers retail facilities maintenance
professionals to make informed business decisions, enhance their company’s brand and advance their careers by
delivering tools that improve operating efficiencies and reduce costs, providing world class conferences,
identifying best practices and industry resources, offering educational tools, an industry designation and training,
and facilitating business partnerships, referrals and networking opportunities.
 SEFAA – South East Florida Apartment Association. The South-East Florida Apartment Association
Communicates, Relates, Educates & Advocates – Technically, Electronically & Socially, for the best interests of
the multifamily industry, in cooperation with associated partners in the South-East Florida region. SEFAA is the
leading advocate, resource and community partner for quality rental housing providers in the Palm Beach,
Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. As a trade association, SEFAA is dedicated to promoting
professionalism in the apartment industry. SEFAA members are committed to providing quality living for South
Florida's apartment residents. ​ 
 State of Florida Department of Transportation. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT or
Department) is an executive agency, which means it reports directly to the Governor. FDOT’s primary statutory
responsibility is to coordinate the planning and development of a safe, viable, and balanced state transportation
system serving all regions of the state, and to assure the compatibility of all components, including multimodal
facilities. A multimodal transportation system combines two or more modes of movement of people or goods.
Florida’s transportation system includes roadway, air, rail, sea, spaceports, bus transit, and bicycle and
pedestrian facilities.
